




PostPanic director Mischa Rozema’s new short film, Stardust, is a story about Voyager 1 (the unmanned spacecraft launched in 1977 to explore the outer solar system). The probe is the furthest man-made object from the sun and witnesses unimaginable beauty and destruction. The film was triggered by the death of Dutch graphic designer Arjan Groot, who died aged 39 on 16th July 2011 from cancer.

Beer is the great equalizer! Regardless of your political association and your feelings towards ex-president and Nobel Prize winner Jimmy Carter, we can all agree that Carter’s de-regulation of the beer industry was a good thing.
In 2010, NASA launched the SDO or Solar Dynamics Observatory, which was tasked with recording our sun’s activity for a period of 5 years. Now, 3 years in, NASA has released a 3 minute video of just what that giant golden ball has been up to. Regularly, the SDO takes a picture every 12 seconds, across 12 different wavelengths but for the purposes of this video, NASA placed 2 daily images for the last 3 years. Don’t worry about looking directly into the sun, this time it’s ok.
